Lawrence J. Stock
President, Hallmark Title, LLC

Lawrence J. Stock graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Criminal Justice. His career began as a paralegal concentrating in the areas of real estate and probate law.  Larry began working in the agency operation shortly thereafter and assumed a management role in 1996, eventually serving as Vice President of Operations until 2014 when he became a Partner and President of the company.  Larry is a licensed Title Agent for the First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

Lori McIlvain
Vice President, Hallmark Title, LLC

Lori McIlvain graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Business Administration.  Before joining Hallmark in 2001, Lori co-owned and operated the Adecco Employment Services Franchise in Montgomery, Greene, Miami, and Clark counties for 13 years.  Later she managed the Computer Labs in the School of Business Information Technology department at the University of Dayton. Lori became Partner and Vice President of the company in 2014 and is a licensed Title Agent for the First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

Teresa Horvath
Vice President, Title Department

Teresa Horvath joined Hallmark Title in 1996 and manages the Title Commitment and Policy Departments. With over 20 years experience as a paralegal, Teresa is also an expert in commercial closings and is a licensed Title Agent for the First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

Dennis L. Hall
Founder

Dennis Hall graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History in 1966. He received a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati Law School in 1969 where he graduated with honors. Mr. Hall served in the Army Reserves from 1969-1974. Mr. Hall practiced law for 45 years in the greater Dayton area and in 1992 founded The Hallmark Title Agency, Inc. Under his direction, the company became one of the largest and most respected title agencies in the Dayton, Ohio area. Mr. Hall continued to practice law until his retirement in 2014 and passed away  in February of  2015.
