Your Closing

We have closed residential and commercial loans for every major bank and many credit unions in our licensed states.  Our professional and friendly staff will guide you through the title process!  Your loan closing can be held at our office or at a location of your choice.

What You Need to Bring to Closing

• All parties signing the closing documents must bring photo identification.  Acceptable forms of identification include the following: driver's license, passport, state issued ID, or military ID.
• Certified official bank check, if funds are required.
• All vested owners and their spouses, if applicable, must attend.
• If applicable, original Power of Attorney or original Trust Documents for recording.
